Full-day Class Description 10 am Start with introductions, discuss the dishes and talk about experience level of all the students. Romy will then introduce the dishes and spices used in the dishes. 10:30 to 12:30 pm Romy will demonstrate two dishes 12:30 to 1:30 pm Enjoy the lunch and talk about the dishes 1:30 to 2:30 pm Final demonstration and participants help out in preparation of dish. 2:30 to 3:00 pm Questions and feedback about the course At the end of the course everyone will get a spice box with all the spices includes. Printed recipes will be providing as well.
Typical dishes cooked are Samosas, Pakoras, Chicken Do Piaza, Makhani Chicken, Lamb Biryani, Safforn Rice, Saag Aloo and Rice pudding. The dishes will discussed with the participants before finalising the menu for the day.
