The event managers use Indian cookery classes during corporate team building exercises. I help/teach people to work in teams and prepare indian meals. Each team prepares one course of a meal; the team members work together to prepare the assigned course and all the teams sit down in the evening and eat together.

During my last corporate team building exercise in The Lodge, Canon Pyon, Hereford, the group was split into 3 teams of five people: the first team was responsible for making starters, the second team made main courses and the third team made desserts. I was guiding the team members to prepare the food from printed recipes, and the idea was to prepare an enjoyable meal where everyone contributes to the process.

It was an informal atmosphere where everyone chatted, prepared and enjoyed preparing and eating the meals.
