Like so many people, my love of cookery began from a very early age. When I moved to the UK 15 years ago my love for Indian cookery increased dramatically because I really pined for proper home cooking. I started giving cooked dishes to my friends, neighbours even my post lady! I started doing dinner parties for my friends and before I knew it I was teaching cookery classes too. Throughout my website I’m going to share with you some of my passion about food in the hope that you’ll be able to re-create authentic Indian cooking at home.
