Cooking Method
- Mix all ingredients of marinade and marinate the chicken for 2 hours.
- Heat 1 tsp of oil in a pan and add marianated chicken, cook for 5 to 6 minutes.
- Heat 2 tsps of oil in amother pan, add cumin seeds/powder then add 2 chopped onions.
- Cook for 5 to 6 minutes on medium heat till golden brown.
- Add chopped green chilli and grated ginger/garlic.
- Cook for 2 minutes, Add tomato puree and hot water, cook for 2 minutes.
- Add marinated chicken and cook on high heat for 5 to 6 minutes while stirring it.
- Stir it till gravy is almost dry.
- Add sliced peppers and one sliced onion.
- Add chopped fresh coriander leaves.
- Cover the pan and cook for 5 minutes till the chicken is tender.
