Chilli Paneer

Serves 4



Cooking Method
  • Mix all ingredients of marinade and marinate diced Paneer in it for 2 hours or overnight (optional).
  • Heat oil in a pan, add grated garlic and chopped onions.
  • Cook for 5 minutes on medium heat till golden brown.
  • Add tomato puree, salt and chopped green chillies
  • Add marinated Paneer and cook on high heat for 5 minutes while stirring it.
  • Add sliced onions, spring onions and peppers, cover the pan and cook it for 8 - 10 minutes on low heat.
  • Remove from heat and leave it to rest for 10 minutes, keep the pan covered till serving.

*The pepper and onion slices should be half cm wide
