Saag Aloo

Serves 4
Cooking Method
  • Heat Oil in a pan, add chopped onions and cook for 2 to 3 minutes.
  • Add grated ginger, chopped green chilli, Mix well.
  • Add turmeric powder and Garam masala, Mix well.
  • Optional (Add salt according to taste).
  • Add small diced potatoes and hot water, cover the pan.
  • Cook for 10 minutes on medium heat until the potatoes are soft.
  • Add chopped spinach leaves and mix well.
  • Cover the pan and cook for 7 to 8 minutes on low heat.
  • Stir occasionally
  • Rest it for 10 minutes before serving with Chapattis
